Avoid! If you actually want your order. We ordered on the 12th of April and still haven't received it over a month later. £100 order and they just couldn't care less. Constantly getting fobbed off. Excuse after excuse. Don't respond to messages or emails. Terrible customer service!

From start to finish I can only agree with all the reviews about the choice, ease and service as second to none. As a first time expectant mum i was worried about shopping for my pram and having a bamboozling sales pitch. Jason at we love baby couldn’t have been further from this. We were greeted, me and my mum, like we had known him forever and offered a brew on arrival. Aside from that you can tell that all the staff here love what they do and know each pram in and out. Jason gave us detailed explanations and demonstrations with each piece of kit we looked at so we could make informed choices. He personalised the experience by factoring in my circumstance of having limited space in my car and being of small stature so needed something lightweight. Eventually I decided to purchase the Venicci tinum upline pram. Which is honestly so beautiful and perfect for me. I also got some lovely freebies with the purchase which made it worth my while. The best thing was that he showed my mum how to install her new car seat for babies arrival giving safety advice and said if we had any questions when we get to unboxing ourselves we can call the store. Amazing service from start to finish. Made it a joy to buy my pram and felt like he couldn’t do enough for us. Highly highly recommend for nervous new mums / experienced alike. Genuinely cannot recommend enough! We travelled to We Love Baby due to great reviews and as they were good stockists of a travel system brand we liked - fantastic experience from start to finish. Paul was informative, helpful, friendly and so lovely in helping us buy a variety of things for our upcoming arrival and he really could not do enough. Ended up buying so much more than planned (with zero pressure to do so) just because of the advice and exceptional service. Great stock and amazing prices! We’ve already made plans to do a 2nd shop in a few months - don’t hesitate to give them a visit!

Unfortunately we didn't have a good impression when visiting the store for the first time. We came to look at a car seat and had full intention to purchase but thought to bring the baby and test it out in person. The staff member was busy with a customer that was already there which is completely fine. However, our presence was not acknowledged whatsoever. The staff member didn't even look in our direction and we found ourselves hanging around feeling awkward. The absolute least that should have been done in terms of customer service was to advise us that he would be with us as soon as possible. We made more eye contact with the other customers with him than the staff member himself so at one point it felt as though we were being avoided on purpose. We could hear parts of their conversation and there were plenty of chances for him to look our way but instead it seemed like he was intentionally finding more things to say to the other customers within those gaps. First impressions matter and we instantly decided we didn't want to give them our custom. We ended up buying the same exact car seat from Halfords which is extremely unfortunate as we live less than minute from We Love Baby and would have loved to help a local business instead.

We first seen We Love Baby advertising on Facebook and after reading some reviews decided it was worth the 60mile round trip for a look around, and I’m so glad we did! What a lovely welcoming business, from the second we walked through the door all the staff made sure we knew to ask if we needed anything, they gave us the time to look around on our own first, and when we did need some advice all members of staff were incredibly knowledgeable not only about the products they sell but the health and safety advice / laws that are in place. As we are buying for our first baby making decisions on things can be difficult but they were all very patient and so supportive and helpful in offering us alternative products that we may have preferred. I must also add that the shopping experience was very pleasant, not once did we feel pressured into buying anything and we were offered so many different items and given the time to think over the purchases before committing to anything. When we did decide on the items we wanted we were given an amazing deal they really looked after us knowing we had travelled a bit further out to visit the shop. We are very happy with our purchases and will be sure to leave another review on the products once our little bundle of joy is here and we can use them. Overall I would definitely recommend visiting We Love Baby genuinely lovely people with a wealth of knowledge and advice who treat customers right! You just can not go wrong with them, I’m sure we will be back in the future for more of our baby needs!
