Kevin is a LIFE-SAVER! I had to fix my 2018 MacBook Pro when the screen suddenly went black. He fixed it in about 2 hours and 30 minutes. Before coming to Kevin. And his price is very reasonable. He seems like someone who has put customer satisfaction and integrity as the foundation of his service. He patiently explained my options to me and made me understand what the problem may be. It was exactly as he said. He gave me 3 months warranty on the fix he did, which makes me know how much he trusts his work. I hope I never use the warranty! I recommend Kevin. The customer service from Kevin at We Fix Macs was so excellent that I may honestly consider smashing my laptop and going back again. I rang Kevin the morning my macbook screen broke and he was really efficient and helpful in finding the fault and had ordered the part to fix it within the hour so that I was able to get it to him as soon as possible. My repair was done really quickly, to a high standard and for an affordable cost. Kevin communicated with me really well throughout the progress. Proper sound guy thank you so much! :)
