Could not thank Richard enough! My mini convertible driver rear window stopped working. I phoned several garages that didn’t want to do because it’s a convertible. Richard came and had a look managed to get the window up a bit so it was more secure and then came back to fix when I got the part. Was all sorted in an hour. Very efficient, reliable and friendly service and at a fraction of the cost I would have paid at BMW. Would definitely use Richard again and have no hesitation recommending him!
