NEVER AGAIN AWFUL EXPERIENCE! Had a kitchen fitted a few years ago, every year its one problem after another because of bad workmanship.(Jack of all trades) The first day the fitter turned up with his wife and 2 dogs! His work was so bad I asked him to be removed from the job, they had to remove all the new kitchen tiles and redo them, also had to replace the new work tops. Beause the joins were awful. Just the worde choice ever was using them! I would never use them again.

immense disappointment in this company. ordered the items for the bedroom and when I was advised the date of delivery of the items was going to be 13th March, I agreed this was fine on the proviso that delivery would be in the morning due to me having another appointment in the afternoon and I had to leave the house at 13.45. I was assured this was fine and was all documented. I was also advised that installation would be 14th/15th/16th March. Following a number of phone calls with “admin”, I was also assured that the existing wardrobes in place would be removed when the new items were delivered (I.e.the 13th). On 13th, there was no sign of the items being delivered. Conscious I had to leave for my pre-arranged appointment, I telephone “admin” at 12.09hrs and was told the items should have arrived that morning, but to contact the transport side. I did so at 12.15, and was assured someone would ring me back asap. I did not get a call. At 12.46, I rang back, but no answer. At 13.05hrs, the delivery men rang me, and said they would be here in 35 minutes. This was around the time I had to leave, as discussed. I tried to have a few phone calls to get this sorted, and eventually I had to cancel my other appointment to allow the furniture to be delivered, as they had been diverted. This cost me £100. On arrival, they told me they couldn’t take the existing wardrobes out - this wasn’t their job, and they knew nothing about it! More phone calls followed to the transport /installation, who also knew nothing about this. I had to email the surveyors report to the transport manager to prove this had been arranged, and eventually this was agreed. Later that afternoon, I got a phone call from the fitter to say they would be at mine on 14th, but could be about 1pm, due to another job taking longer than expected. At 12.10hrs on 14th, the fitter texted me to say they couldn’t make it today as the other job was running over. I texted my concerns over this as I had booked the day off work and the fitter rang me saying it was raining where they are and couldn’t get their current job finished. So now, it’s cost me £100 in a fine for the appointment I had to cancel due to them getting everything so wrong, and now a days pay due to being let down by the fitter. How many more mistakes can this company make!!

I ordered wardrobes for 4 rooms from this company. They have taken £6,000 advance payment and then refused to deliver anything. This company will simply steal your money and will deliver nothing.

Got some furniture stuff from them and the material used is beyond pathetic and low quality 😡 Did not even sustain even a few weeks usage and started breaking down. The worst part is the pathetic customer service that never responded to the issue and tried to solve the problem even after multiple requests. Disappointing service beyond words, don't waste your hard earned money with them. Completely useless products and after sales service!

I'm bringing a serious issue to your attention.The Team of this Company has shown unprofessionalism and in-cooperation towards their responsibility.As they charged too much and delivered their cheap stuff to us.Moreover we tried to reach them but they didn't responding.I would recommend that no one should visit this company by mistake or book their order.
