Didn't even get as far as hiring. First I clarified if the company is based in/ has a base in Smethwick. The question seemed beyond whoever answered the phone, as though they'd never heard of the area. Really confusing and frustrating exchange. Then I asked for a quote for a van, single day, personal use, which is clearly advertised on the 'We Do Rentals' website at the moment. I was told they're only hiring out to companies who wish to hire a minimum of 5 vehicles... When I suggested the website may need to be updated the call receiver laughed me off with a 'sorry' and said it was company policy. Small for the company, big difference to someone who needs help/ a service at a time of need. Total write off in my book.
