We were contacted by Josh through checkatrade after struggling to find a plumber for 8 weeks to change our kitchen tap. Booked us in and did not turn up (my husband took the day off work to be present) or answer his phone. Surely if you can’t do the job then let people know!

Came out but heard no more. Which was a shame as he seemed to know what he was doing and diagnosed the problem. Said he would order the part and come back to me but despite calling and texting I have been able to speak to him directly to find out what is going on.
