Save yourself from stress/ terrible customer service and bad manufacturing quality. Waited 4-5 months for installation - no communication, I would have to call for an update every few weeks.) Noticed our NEW £1700 door has a curve (bowing), which leaves gaps at the top and bottom allowing cold drafts. I’ve chased this company 6-7 times for a repair/ replacement during the month it’s been installed but they always have an excuse. (Blame 3rd party contractor) Now I’ll have to escalate the matter and waste more of my time going down the legal route. Waste of my time and money.

Absolutely not recommend at all,stay away of this company ,pay little bit more with more competent service ,got 2 years of No completion job ,my family cannot close or locked the door ,poor quality materials aswell,their subcontractors/fitters in the south (Brighton)cowboys not responding at all on the phone or to come back for fixing problems,10 years warranty???where ..how???

At first had a great experience having a front door fitted but unfortunately 2 years down the line the front door has faded terribly and looks awful, but as I had a 10 year warranty on it I contacted them to tell them of the issue. They got back and confirmed that the front door was in warranty and that they would replace the front door slab. I thought great, but now we are 3 months down the line and I feel like I am getting fobbed off by them. I have had to constantly email them for updates and it seems everytime they have an issue or an excuse. After the new slab was delivered to them on the 12th August it then took them a further 5 weeks to tell me after I had to email them that there was an issue with the front door slab and it had to be sent back. I find the lack of communication from them awful and the fact I have to contact them should not be the case. I will gladly update this review if it is sorted, but as it stands at the moment I am unhappy about the situation and feel let down by the company. Their after care is serverly lacking.

Shocking customer service. The installation of the door has resulted in interior and exterior wall damage. The door catches when open or closing and so is causing damage to the seal. The company has absolved themselves of any responsibility and do not return calls. On balance, a reasonably priced door has become a source of expense and distress. I would strongly advise against using their service.

Good door. We are happy with end result but it took five months from placing the order to having it fitted. We had to chase several times and finally somebody came out on a Saturday. Don’t order if you want it done in time for xmas 2022

Ordered online supply only. Excellent service from ordering to delivery. Kept in touch by phone and delivery was on the time and date specified. The door is very well made and a third of the cost of my previous front Zenith door,fitted 15 years ago. No hesitation in recommending this company.
