I cannot thank Ray enough! I had a brand new cream, quite thick, wool carpet installed only 2 months ago. Typically, I spilt a good amount of orange nail varnish on the carpet. I sent the picture to Ray today. He got back to me within minutes and then he was here an hour later. Ray was very honest with me, he said I should have acted sooner (incident was 5 days ago) and that he couldn’t guarantee he could lift it but would try his best. His honesty was enough for me to let him try. Ray managed to remove all of the nail varnish! He said it was tough but he did it. All of this sorted within a couple of hours. I cannot tell you how appreciative I am. Thank you so much Ray!
