I was given an offer on line and at the appointment I was told that the system for some reason showed a different model for your car so we will knock off $3500 and make that amount the starting offer. I was so disappointed for giving me an offer and then coming up with a different offer at the appointment. That's not very professional since the same VIN was given at both times
