    Please don’t waste your time with theses clowns!! I went to my first appointment and they dropped the price by £2000 for a 3mm scratch!! I clearly told them no as the price was so low, 4 days later the guy in the branch called me and say come down and I will try and beat the price, so I went down there the and the guy goes the 4 day price guarantee has expired so the offer is £700 less then the price I said no to already! What a waste of time!

    For me it is cheating people on the website they offer a higher amount and after inspection they cut the price by half, in my case the negotiated amount was supposed to reach my bank account within 15 minutes and after an hour I received a message that the payment would be made within 6 days, and when I returned to get the car back the guy said there was nothing he could do today and to come back the next day and in the morning I got word that the car had been reported to the DVLA as sold.
