I called asking for details for a new waste treatment plant to be supplied and fitted, had a lovely discussion with Husband and Wife (owners) and an appointment was made for the following Friday or Saturday. Nobody came, no call was received just a rude let down. Today, Monday, I got a call asking to re schedule with barely an apology, I advised I was now going elsewhere. Cannot recommend this company at all.

We have bought and installed 3 Bio-Pure tanks over the last few months. They have arrived on time everytime. One one of them we had an issue with a noisy pump and We Build It sent a replacment free of charge the next day, quibble free! Keep it up!

I have had a Bio Pure 1 Waste Treatment plant for 3 years. It was installed by my builder and it has been trouble free and is working well. I follow We Build It's advice to make sure that nothing unsuitable gets into it, and it has always been odour free. It has been serviced by We Build it every year. It has not needed emptying yet. It was serviced today and the report says that it should not need emptying for two years based on its use so far. I recommend the unit and the service from We Build It.

Thanks for everything Dave & Team --------------------------------------------------------- Update 7 years later: Our Bio Pure has been the best thing we've bought for the house. It's so clean, smells great, needs emptying much less frequently and so we can fully endorse the product. It was a problem with our soak-away, which was pre-existing, that has prompted this update, A broken pipe caused a blockage and we had a major problem. We Build It came to our rescue getting out tank pumped, pipework upgraded and problem solved all during the Covid 19 epidemic. The very WORST time to have a problem! So 7 years later I can say with authority that the product is good, the servicing is good and the backup in the event of a problem is outstanding. It's great to support a local company manufacturing in the UK. Don't hesitate to choose a Bio Pure from We Build It. Trust me.

Our builder installed a Bio Pure treatment plant several weeks ago. A neck riser was required so our sewage treatment supplier contacted We Build It to supply one. The installer arrived at 3:45pm in November (when its dark) - it was raining. He clearly did not want to fit the riser and proceeded to hurriedly drive off, taking with him the riser that we had paid for. We contacted the company 24 hours later to ask why the installed had left and taken the item we had paid for with him. The phone was answered in a very rude manner and I was then subjected to over 10 minutes of verbal abuse and swearing, with them hanging up on me twice. My wife who is heavily pregnant was also verbally abused on the phone and left the call almost in tears and shaking. 30 years in business and I've never come across a more incompetent company, that wont listen, that just reply by shouting at you down the phone. I highly suggest that the Managing Director conducts an urgent review into his staff, as with staff like these two they wont have a business in a few years. Never have I been abused on the phone for asking a fair question. Never will I use or recommend We Build It / BioPure or any other of their products or services. Buyer beware

I met David at the NEC Home Building and Renovation Show. Very friendly and helpful. David has been out to site and helped us plan out our entire drainage system and offered very good advice over other tank manufacturers. His knowledge and experience is very evident. The delivery of the tank and sample chamber couldn't have gone more smoothly and nothing was too much trouble for the delivery driver. Thank you to all of the team at We Build It Ltd.
