Had colour and cut. The hair cut is so bad. Went back to rectify. Still awful. Not blended at all, one side is longer than other. Very polite staff and did try ri rectify but it’s still SO bad. Having to go elsewhere to get it fixed. My colour is bad too, very stripey. Friends and family have commented on how bad it is 🙃Exactly what I asked not to have. Had highlights and balayage plenty of times and never had it look stripey as colourist uses a technique so it looks more blended usually. Wouldn’t go back. My friend who went there also had a bad colour and wouldn’t go back either.
