So very kind in their approach and provided excellent guidance on what was best to provide me with another 20 years of happy use. Can't say enough good things about the quality of their workmanship - repairs are invisible and some lovely little touches surprised even this weary soul. Thanks gents, you're two in a million! After the initial distress of having my beautiful Belstaff damaged in an incident at my local supermarket, I had reservations as to how anyone could possibly restore it to its former glory. However, the legends that are the twins have excelled. Their craftsmanship is superb and no one would ever know which panel has been replaced. I would not hesitate in using them again myself or recommending them to others. I am very grateful

I cannot recommend Pines and Needles (the twins) highly enough. I was sent there by the Moncler shop on Bond Street as I had fallen and badly damaged the sleeve on my jacket. They repaired it invisibly, (and even fixed a second cut made on the front that I had badly glued). It now looks like new and the service was very polite and professional. This was a very difficult repair, especially with the shiny Moncler textile, and it was carried out perfectly, I would be very happy to trust them with any of my clothes in the future.
