    Well, what can I say...we had an issue at our home, rang the WDH number and spoke to H and she understood exactly what we needed, especially with it not being an emergency and we did not want to waste anyone's time. An electrician came this morning and explained what was happening with the issue and had it sorted in minutes and explained why it was happening! Thanks again for supporting tenants, especially we members of the older WDH gang!

    This is the worst housing association going they have you on a list for years and never acknowledge you and when they do they do pre assessments and still don’t offer you anywhere despite having medical problems and also been homeless you bid for properties and never offered any and instead they’d rather see you suffer hardship and when you make a complaint they send letters without an explanation and always blame someone else for their actions and all they do is make things worse for people it’s not about who needs rehousing or needs housing it’s all about who they want to house while people are out there suffering they don’t care one bit about anybodys needs instead of doing it in order people need to check the previous weeks results as this will prove it isn’t done in date order whatsoever as it clearly shows people in no priority bands been housed while people who are a priority aren’t acknowledged at all despite been a PRIORITY an absolute joke there’s nothing about choice either as they only show you property’s they want you to bid for not what or where you want to live so this needs looming into for a start aswell as their policies as it states something very different to how they operate

    Been on council list for well over 6 years bidding on property that are right for me i have 2 children now and one is possible adhd ive rang and spoke no end of times to different advisors and got no help not been offered one viewing never mind a property my son needs his personal space ive explained im in a a 2 bed house with bith my kids and my mum still not offered anything how long does it take to be offered a place personally i think its disgusting all i get is im on a list how long are these lusts its been years

    Reported repair in December and called today in January. Some rubble is falling from roof on to path next to house where people are walking. Very ignorant and rude women said - yeah it's already is reported, we will come when ever we have time, I said are you gonna wait till it will fall someone on head, she said well we are gonna come when we have time that's it. So costumer service is absolutely awful and if u don't want to work there go home.
