We live on the Drive in West Wickham. Our Road has had the work done months ago, but has become a Storage/dumping ground for all the surrounding roads. We have been very tolerant and have not complained but the lack of respect from your workers is now getting too much. They park at the bottom of the road and litter all their rubbish on the ground at the bottom of the road near the Avenue it is hugely disrespectful. Sandwich boxes and various fast food wrappers are scattered all over the ground. They open their van doors and just let it fall out on the floor. It is really really not on as we have put up with your vehicles constantly on our road for months!

They shut our gas off because we refused to let them change the pipes to our house as nothing wrong with them what so ever non emergency work and we couldn't take time off work for them to be In our garage for the whole day. Bullied and blackmailed us with shutting off our gas even tho we always pay our bills and never missed a payment! From Friday to Monday we was left cold with no way to cook or shower! We had no choice but to let them do it as we was freezing, couldn't afford to keep getting take aways and obviously needed to clean . Days loss of pay and they couldn't even plumb in the gas pipes properly absolute mess! Damaged property and stole items out of our garage! Gas pipes sticking out and electric cables trapped under pipes! Then to top it all off they wacked a big ugly white meter box outside the front of the house making it look awful! They block the roads so you can't get in and out of house and road to work! Very threating behaviour and blackmail people! Disgusting company! Nicole on the customer service is absolutely rude and none of them are professional! Avoid!

Would like to make a note on behalf of residents where the gas works is done this week and next week. . Your employees are wonderful, helpful and has great standards. During our residents evening chat, we were discussing about the workmen in our street. Everyone has been singing the same song of praise. If we could have the email address we are happy to write a letter of appreciation and thanking all those workmen in our street. As a company you should be proud to have good dedicated workers. We are really grateful to have them in our street this week and next week.

What a caring and efficient company! They have recently replaced a gas main in my mums road and have looked after mum, kept her informed every step of the way so she’s not anxious & even supplied her with an electric heater in case she got cold when the gas was off for a day! Your workmen & staff are lovely, a credit to your company!
