We were interested in a car and were asked to put a Reservation fee so that they would not give it to anyone else. Told it was fully refundable. We saw the car and decided not to go ahead with it. I didn’t ask for the fee the same day as we were unsure. Called next day and spoke to a manager who said speak to the other manager tomorrow as he is off today. I called back the next day and he said i will refund you. I emailed the next day and said can you email me when its been processed . He didn’t reply. Sent a second email the next day and he didn’t reply. After 4 phone calls and 2 emails to the manager have not received my refund. I thought being big company i wouldn't have any problem getting the refund back! Really disappointed! The manager had even confirmed in writing you will receive your refund if you decide not to proceed. Will update when I receive the refund , today is the 5th day. Definitely will not be recommending this Reading Kia place to anyone. Mrs Khan

Had such a good experience buying my picanto with Waylands 3 years ago, and the servicing of it each year, that I didn't hesitate to go back for my next car. Gurminder was friendly, helpful and not at all pushy (I've had very bad experiences with dealers in the past so this was super important to me). Even though I didn't buy a very expensive, plush car I was treated as though I had, and made to feel like a special customer. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Kia cars or Waylands as a dealer and can see myself owning Kia cars for years to come.
