As a new customer this is terrible I can’t speak on the waxing service but booking is outrageous. £55 for an intimate was additional £20 for underarm wax which is okay as the advertisement is comforting and professional however, £20 mandatory patch test is outraging; I understand the need for this however it should be optional if not then free, how can a test cost the same as an underarm wax? I ended up heading to SoMe in Clapham not far from this location with exceptional customer service and as professional as this company seems for £57 rather than the £95 this company charges all with the same service. A waste of money if you ask me. Other wax services have also told me that a patch test for such things are almost on heard of.
