Stay away. Booked on Treatwell but a technical glitch meant the wrong date was booked in. Once I had realised the error I rang the salon non stop for over an hour but no answer. Finally got hold of the salon by text. Response was very dismissive and refused to change the appointment time I had prepaid for, despite giving four hours notice (would have been longer if they had answered their phone) and despite offering to pay an additional 40% on top of the amount I had already paid. Apparently she had turned away lots of other customers for my slot, which would be believable if it wasn’t for the fact that the rest of the day was still totally available online. Were there really several customers who could only be seen at the exact time I had booked and not 15 mins before or after? Best advise is to stay clear.
