I cannot disrecommend this brand enough. They might have nice clothes but their customer service is absolutely terrible. Just making an exchange of size seemed to be one the most complicated thing they have ever seen, and in the end they were not able to do it. So they just made a return. However, they promised explicitly to fully refund the shipping costs, (as it was an exchange), which turned out to just be a lie. I have tried to be in contact with the company in several ways to solve this issue but they only seem to have one channel of communication - through their customer care representative, which repeatedly told me lies and is very uncooperative. They seem to lack order and are obviously not ready yet for e-commerce.
