Horrible experience!! Stay away. I have NEVER seen such poor customer service. Countless emails to just make an exchange (different size), which they never even managed to handle. In the end they ripped me off, promising me explicitly a full refund of the shipping, which they never did.

I received their hybrid bomber jacket as a gift for Xmas and tried to return it since the fit was completely off—the sleeves were too short and tight while the body of the jacket was super bulky and oversized—and was told the window for returns had closed, even though it had only been three weeks since receiving it and in that time I had come down with covid. Totally crazy their return period during the holidays in the middle of a pandemic is so short. For such an elevated brand, their customer service is not.

I can not find a number or email of how to return a beautiful jacket I have purchased for husband for XMas. I have purchased 6 of the same style, a MEDIUM for all of them. This last jacket came with super short arm length and he can not wear it. It’s like they sewed the wrong arms on the coat. I went to Fed Ex and the cost to return to you is far more than the coat itself. Please help me find a way to return and exchange. We love the jackets.

If you are not ready for massive Sales, please just don't do international delivery. We order for a Xmas gift in early december and more than 2 weekq after you just send a email saying "we are out of stock". It's not professionnal at all, stop your digital markering budget and invest in tool for stock management, customer service and supply management... I was so happy to wear your design for Xmas, you just lost a customer. Sorry for being a bit pushy but I really love your brand so I want you to improve this part..
