Will not come here again. Charged an extra £30 due to dog hair. Left the car for 2 hours no contact details taken to have to wait another 40 minutes for them to hover with the pleasure of an extra charge they hadn't told us about when we asked about pricing saying well you didn't tell us about dog hair 🤦 will not use these again total of £40 for exterior wash and interior hoover and polish and didn't even give us a air freshener 😂 poor customer service all round Service: Auto interior vacuuming

Pricing package is weird, went for £25 package. Weird residue left on car that I spotted when picked it up. First they claimed it's just water drying, then they claimed it's due to a chemical "from before". If it was "from before" then a good way to deliver customer service would have been to let me know about it first. I'm not convinced with their service. Doesn't match the price. The interior vacuum was okay but the car smells as if they have used a vacuum that needs a new filter or the person inside was a heavy smoker. Tool payment and didn't give me a chance to collect Tesco points.
