Took my car in for a wash (just the outside) to see the if this wash is any good. I was very disappointed because the missed so many areas, even after I pointed out these missed spots the fella wiped one area with a cloth (which shouldn’t be done because it will use the dirt as an abrasive and scratch the paintwork) and asked if there are any more. I answered no purely because I now wanted to get out of there as quickly as possible. This is definitely not a car wash for me. Unfortunately I cannot recommend.

They broke the driver's car seat while cleaning, then said 'it's your word versus mine' when I asked if they would cover the cost of getting it fixed. I had to drive home with my knees up by my chest!

Sorry to say this place has gone downhill. Basic clean in and out is £20 but it's not worth it. Car is washed - a few dirty patches left but not polished. I'll be heading back to the car wash at Asda - cheaper and so much better.

Paid £20 for a gold wash car wasn't even clean after pointed out how dirty it was still and was met with a rude hostile response no apologies or the offer to fix it. Not sure why tesco allow such a poor service to take place in the car park?
