They do not deserve a star even! I asked them to not soap and wash the roof as my car is convertible but I was thinking that they will focus on my wheels instead. However, neither the body was washed properly. This is a 2 nd time and it is the last time to bring my car to waves car wash in borehamwood tesco. Doesn't need a skill to wash but at least they should have the ability to see what they done at the end.
