I've spoken to so many mechanics regarding my issue, most places refer me to my cars manufacturer. I just got off the phone with this place, didn't get the name of who I spoke to unfortunately but they easily deserve the 5 stars. I finally have a solid idea of what's going on with my car and what the damage is after a 5 minute conversation. I now have a tough decision to make regarding my car but If I do choose to go ahead with the work, I will be coming here.

I had a transmission fault appear on my automatic Ford S-Max. Unfortunately, the particular powershift product on my car is so specialist that even Wavertree cannot take a look at it for me, BUT Jason at Wavertree was an absolute gent. He explained my options to me in simple terms, gave me a recommendation of a specialist he believe could look at it, and then gave me a guide on what the cost should be to ensure I wouldn't end up paying the wrong price somewhere else.
