5 years after the horrific death of my grandmother can I only finally begin to address this awful place. They allowed my 95 year old grandmother to asphyxiate to death. Most of the time the death of a 95 year old in a nursing home would go unnoticed, however, a sharp eyed doctor saw signs that led him to believe things weren't right. We had to be put through the pain of knowing an autopsy was being done, we didn't have a choice in this because of the manner of her death. This nursing home failed provide my grandmother with the care that she deserved. No 95 year old woman should have to have their life end the way that this place allowed. My grandmother should have died peacefully. Instead we are left with thinking about the horror and pain of her last few minutes caused by their direct neglect. Please, safeguard your family members and don't send them here to be killed.

My Dad had had a really tough time in hospital and had lost his joie to vivre - feeling very isolated and uncared for. Everyone at Waverley Grange has been just lovely - kind, careful, professional, good humoured and attentive. They have gone out of their way to make Dad feel at home - and to reassure us about his care. In just a week, we can see a real difference in his happiness and his well being and are hopeful for his progress. We truly thank you and are grateful for all of your amazing work.

I have worked in Waverley Grange as a nurse here and it has been a very good experience. The staffs and management is very supportive. There are opportunities to develop and learn with many trainings provided by Bupa. The current home manager and deputy manager was very supportive during my work here, they always encouraged staff development and was committed towards making work environment better at all times. Overall very good experience and supportive team.

Disappointing when your extremely compie mentus grandmother is sent to bed with no nightie and has to spend the day in paper knickers because nobody can be bothered to look in the wardrobe. Dignity is something that should really be maintained don’t you think?
