Karina the fitness Instructor is a brilliant coach, knowledgable and tailored sessions to fit around the way your lifestyle is, Karina helped me get my motivation back for training and dieting properly again. I tried Karinas fitness classes at the gym they are super intense and phenomenal. Challenging All over the body and mainly on your core. I would highly recommend anyone to give a try with karinas fitness classes and workout programmes

Recently came here for a bit of R&R, the staff were very welcoming, especially to Jasmine who made us feel like nothing was too much hassle and wanted to make sure enjoyed our time there. Fantastic value for money and can make a whole day out of it instead for a 3hr gaps which most spas provide. We will definitely return in the future!

Had a Muddy spa day in Wave today and it was brilliant! Beautiful facilities including a pool, jacuzzi, steam room, a sauna, and a lovely relaxation suite with complementary fruit, as well as a juice bar. The afternoon tea in 1269 Restaurant was large and very good. The treatment itself was amazing, especially for a couple, and the service as a whole was prompt and kind. Highly recommended!

Wow or shall I say WOOOOOOWWW. What a fantastic place this is. True hidden gem. Brilliant staff, great facilities, huge free on site parking, nice surroundings. Yes, it is kind of in the middle of nowhere but well worth the trip👌 Would definitely recommend and not hesitate to revisit at the earliest opportunity.
