During the initial fortnight of purchase, one of the screws securing the LCD became dislodged. Upon requesting the screw's dimensions for replacement purposes, it was communicated that Wau would not be furnishing such information. Consequently, in addition to the poor assembly by Wau, Wau's lack of assistance compounded the issue.

Fantastic company and fantastic bike. Now clocked 300 miles on the bike and still goes like a dream. I've found I have my independence back as I cannot drive and this has given me a way to see and do more. Customer service from day one was excellent. Cannot recommend WAU enough

Had been looking for an e-bike for a while. The second I saw the shiny shiny light show of the WAU against the black paint work I was sold. Used my employers Cycle to Work scheme to obtain the bike. Really helpful staff at WAU. Bike is an absolute pleasure to ride. Commute is a pleasure when I cycle in and I get a lot of looks from motorists and pedestrians. The bike is as good as it looks.

Bought the 40 mile version of the bike for journeys to work to beat the rising costs of fuel and am very happy. I do about 22 miles a day and have to charge it every other day. Its my first e-bike and its an absolute game changer. Would recommend to anyone.

The team respond fairly swiftly to any queries if you use the online chat facility. The bikes in built LED lights are a great feature which makes the bike stand out against the competition. If theirs a negative its the size of the battery compartment.

A man of few words For a man of few words, I would say I totally fell in love with the look of it. The high-street is full of generic e-bikes that play it boring and way, way too safe. Also, other than the super unique overall design and performance, the main deciding factor was looking at all of the YouTube and Trustpilot reviews that throughout had a strong positive tone. Very few brands currently have consistently great following and reviews to prove it. Well now I am one of them. Made the right decision all the way!
