I’ve been to this post office twice in a fortnight. Both times a mistake was made. I won’t be visiting the Post Office again. Service is best described as poor. On the other hand the shop, which I believe is separate, is amazing! Nice friendly staff and has a large range of products to choose from. Lesson :-( Stay away from the Post Office, but the shop is excellent

Worst post office ever, everytime you go you stand in thr queue for more than 15mins as they have 4 windows but only 1 person serving at all times, also all the staff are not nice have no customer service skills and have a attitude problem. AVOID!!!

The post office here is awful waited in line for 20 minutes for the cashier and she still hasn’t opened up. Should be open 9-5.30. The shop at the front of the store though. Friendly staff. Very helpful they get a 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Wattville Convenience store front counter is the hub of the community. The staff are very friendly, know their customers well and know the local needs. If they don't have what you need they get it in for you. There is always a smile and warm welcome and I would recommend customers to this store without a second thought. .

Mani and Roopie at the shop front are an absolute pleasure always friendly and always ready to help. The whole family is so nice it's a good change to the service at the post office at the back which is terrible (except lucky). The lady at the back needs ro get off her phone and stop making mistakes
