James and Paula have built a lovely rural retreat that takes you off the grid for a relaxing weekend away! The attention to detail was amazing as we had booked for my partners birthday. The cabin had everything we could need and more as well as soaking in the hot tub on an evening surrounded by wildlife was the highlight of our evenings. I would recommend this to anyone who wants to get away for a weekend vacation where they can relax and enjoy the stunning views that the cabin has to offer. Rooms: The rooms were clean spacious and homely. The bed was incredibly comfy and it was one of the best nights sleep I have gotten in a while.

Me and my girlfriend stayed here last month in August for the weekend and it was unbelievable. The owners were very helpful and provided us with logs for the hot tub so it was hot on arrival and recommended local pubs/walks/activities. The location is right by the river where we went kayaking followed by lunch and a few drinks in the sun which was fantastic. We would highly recommend Watsons Cabin to anyone looking to get away for a relaxing few days! Will definitely go back!

This is a beautiful spot and an incredibly well thought out space! James & Paula have thought of everything. The kitchen has everything you need, the bed is incredibly comfortable, the whole place is very well designed and decorated. The hot tub tops it all off. It was preheated for us and was really nice to be in at night while it rained. On the dry night we lit the firepit and enjoyed the incredible view. We'll be back!

What an AMAZING time did we have!!! My partner and I were there in July and were very lucky to get a booking so quickly. All the little touches, cleanliness and being surrounded by utter serenity, Watsons Cabin delivers all of that!!! Don't just think about it, get it booked!!!

We stayed here for a weekend break away from our busy day to day lives. Honesty this place is incredible, the pretty little touches just makes it all the more cosy. Hot tub was ready for us and was the perfect temperature. We were so lucky that we had good weather as it's hit and miss in September. The owners are so welcoming and provided us with literally every thing including biscuits and a "just in case" box! So handy and sweet! Lovely fire pit with scenic views.
