Interestingly Francis Mulhall resigned as a Director this month (May 2023). No doubt she received a VERY handsome payoff to keep quiet about what she knows. Seems that Dolores Charlesworths' little b*tch was expendable after all. Just like Stephanie Hall, aka Deanne Stephanie Hall. Still, it is difficult to hide ALL the skeletons in the closet, although Dolores Charlesworth and Ian Omant (ex-fraud squad officer, who turned to the dark side) will continue to dig their hole. On the bright side, Dolores Charlesworth (67 years) is well past her sell by date, so Ian Omant and the other corrupt Directors will carry the burden. Leaseholders of the north unite and avenge these fraudsters.

The fire alarm in our development’s car park is going off. My husband rang Watsons who said they would deal with it in office hours, without knowing why it is going off. So now we have a continuous alarm, presumably until Monday, and were we to have a real fire we wouldn’t know. Appalling and dangerous.

Property management HA HA HA VLADIMIR PUTIN EAT YOUR HEART OUT 1 star is far far too much, a complete joke of a company from the MD downwards not fit to manage a cardboard box. Their website states words like honest and transparent...... complete lies don't try to complain they don't listen or care their "official" complaints department doesn't seem to exist your complaint is handled by the person who makes the original decision or the one you want to complain about you then get a badly fudged email and they call this fair and impartial. The worst dealings with a company that I have ever experienced AVOID AT ALL COSTS IF YOU POSSIBLY CAN TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE NO WONDER YOU'VE ONLY GOT 2.9 FOR YOUR GOOGLE REVIEW

I want to know what Watsons are going to do to help all these people living in their accommodations with regards to energy bills !?? I’ve heard so many lies over the past 5 months since the gov started helping people out it’s unreal and yet Watsons still sit back and watch it happen!!! It’s you greedy people who regulate the energy prices your end and it’s Switch2 who collect but when you ring either company up they tell you the opposite of each other then blag you off with oh it’s being sorted you’ll get your funds through the post or oh it’ll come straight off your bill but NEITHER seems to be happening and now we’re 5 months into this and still nothing changes !!! Why aren’t you bothered a jot about the people owning or living in your properties !? Surely one of your first priorities is the care and wellbeing of the residents in your properties !?! I really hope people start looking at taking you to court over the way you run your business affairs and how you treat residents

I don’t even know where to begin. Watson ‘manage’ our development in Little Kelham in Sheffield and we’ve had nothing but issue after issue. 1. The fire alarm panel has been sounding in our communal entrance for months and months and reads ‘fault’. This has been reported numerous times - god forbid if there’s a fire! 2. One resident has had a hole in their kitchen ceiling for a few months due to a leak from a sprinkler system. This has been installed incorrectly. Granted Watson did not install this, but they’re in charge of managing the estate - why hasn’t this been rectified. 3. The icing on the cake. 31 properties with no heating or hot water for the last 5-6 days and prior to that, another several days when the temperatures plummeted to -2°. I’m fact, the boiler was called out 40 times last year and we are still no further on. Again a company has blamed incorrect installation but Watsons are not sorting this out. They are not giving us adequate updates, they don’t reply to emails, they have no care or regard for residents and they aren’t fit for their purpose. We have to wait for an engineer to come out between 9-5 on working days to repair the boiler. So evenings, weekends and holidays we are expected to all sit in the cold with no not water!! How isn’t this an emergency callout? There’s vulnerable people in this building. There’s people with bronchitis sat in freezing apartments. There’s families with babies who are unable to bathe their children (illegal). There are families buying portable heaters to plug in from supermarkets - on what planet is any of this acceptable?! It’s absolutely disgusting. If you have a choice, do not use watsons, when our development is handed over and we have the choice, Watson will be gone very quickly. We are all meeting as residents this week to hatch a plan on how best to proceed as we are all totally fed up with it. Maybe it’ll take legal advice / Press action to get this company to actually take us seriously.

Watson is an appalling management company. They have zero concern for the health and well being of children living under their service management. They have left myself, my 6 month baby and two year old without any heating or hot water for 5 consecutive days now, on top of 23 previous days this year. They should not be allowed to operate as a company!
