Booked through boilerjuice. They never showed up. Boilerjuice told me that the driver didnt like the look of the tank. Yet as we were in all day, we know he didn’t show up. Appalling service, long waits on phone. These guys do not deserve to be in business

Sad situation. It takes ages to speak to the ordering team and you don't get an email confirmation of your order. A few simple changes to customer engagement could turn this around but it's for management to be aware of the problems. The drivers are very cooperative!

On telephone 0ver 1 hour. Fuel was ordered on 7rh December, acknowledged with delivery date 20th Dec. Am an account customer so should receive in 5 days. It may be Christmas and Corvid; but if they can acknowledge an order surely if they can't supply I should have been notified. Very Very poor service
