    Non helpfull all tell lies. Only look after the workers and not the tenants. Nothing but bad experience with them. Certakers pretending to be gas fitters and electrisons taking money from tenants leaving them with dangerous fittings. Was reported and nothing done workers still have there jobs. Staff are rude and very forceful over the phone. Reports made about bad tenants and they pick and choose who they want to deal with. Cleaners do nothing and use dirty clothes etc only work for an hr chats for hrs and get paid leaving flats stinking like dirty water. Caretakers intimidate the young and vulnerable. Worst housing group in the westmidlands. I would not recommend anyone to join them.
