I have had no electrical socket since last Wednesday. I have had 2 handymen and 1 electrician, Gilmartin who fixed and blamed me for have to many extensions instead of doing the job to a standard. Why is Watmos allowing Gilmartin to send handymen for a serious electrical fault. I feel very upsettl that now Watmos is offering electrical work but this is not in line with the health and safety of my home. All the other flats I have entered today have tracking around their homes. Why do I have to have tracking up my walls. Please let my home be like the other properties on the estate.

From my experience of WATMOS Community homes is not good . Still waiting for WATMOS Community homes to contact me about my kitchen. Been waiting from April. Also made complaint about neighbours and them barbecuing and filling my flat with smoke so now forced to close my Windows when weather is good . They seem to ignore the fact I have breathing problems and have to use a breathing machine everyday. But I suppose it's ok because they are ok where they live. Would tell anyone avoid there homes at all cost

Chasing staff etc to respond to any correspondence is the norm, you lose faith in their systems, they are supposed to reply within, I believe 10 days. But on numerous occasions this never happens. So you just give up, what guide lines they have to respond are very rarely adhered to. I have given up contacting them. Also how can all government bodies and many other companies be working back in the office, but the TMO, see's fit to keep our local office closed, then you have to rely on making a phone call, which is not local as all TMO's controlled by WATMOS is run from an office miles away, and hope you get your issue resolved. DON'T HOLD YOUR BREATHE ON THAT :)

Who are the housing officers for this organisation ?... message left not followed up. Why are residents chasing housing officers to make contact. How do residents lodge a complaint about the lack of housing officers on their estate. Who are theses faceless people?

My fair judgement well kept tidy us it can be very handy to get in to the West End tubes near by bus ok but going to Brixton can be a pain ( change of drivers ) and neighbours friendly us there can be where l am ( shelter ) could have nice pretty bird's but still that's the way the cookie crumbles but still love it.

Terrible company! They are currently trying to close down a business near their London office that has been benefiting the local area for nearly 20 years. Not at all about the community!
