    Disgusting after care. No-one wants to know. My house was an utter mess when I moved in paint pots runbble everywhere. Finishing off was not done and garden not complete. Light doesn't work outside in garden and flags are all loose. Aftyercare are useless and they need to change staff to staff that carte and get things done. Very Very Unhappy and so are the other residents at Watling Grange. All of us are just about to take things further, Ive been in the house a month now. Utter disgrace!c, Do not buy from Person if you expect a decent service.

    From conducting a virtual tour of the property, as I was not able to visit the site initially to the final handover, I could not have been more delighted with my experience of purchasing at Watling Grange. I had looked at specs for various properties in North Yorkshire and this site stood out head and shoulders above the rest for me - I love the unique styling of the buildings and the green space around them - it is very well thought through. Debbie was so helpful from start to finish and was quick to respond to any queries I had along the way - a superstar! I've been moved in for two months now and it is just a dream property, easy to live in, beautiful, light and airy and a great position to reach town and the stunning countryside on our doorstep.

    Houses look stunning from the outside. Small in the inside. Customer service appalling. Sales adviser very cold and unwelcoming asking if I could even afford the property as I sat down to begin our appointment! Wasn't given the option of viewing or discussing any other property! Not one to be beaten by discrimination and unfriendliness I turned the discussion around and persevered with the appointment. She needed a demonstration in professionalism!!

    A family member had been looking for a property for investment purposes. We suggested Watling Grange , Harrogate. Our visit took us to the Sales Office and we were greeted warmly by Debbie Girgin. We discussed what we were looking for, size, price and expectations. Debbie suggested 2 different properties which we might be interested in . We were taken to view them. We were not rushed , we took our time and she was able to answer all of our questions. She was very aufait with all details of the different houses and she was really knowledgeable with technical queries. We were very pleased with the excellent quality of customer service that we received from start to finish. Yes, a cash purchase was made and the whole process took only 4 weeks. Debbie was there to guide us, as and when required. We provided her a list of snagging items which needed attention , albeit small and she kept us up to date. The property is ideal and the whole area gives you a real country field. The wow !; factor is there.
