Needed paint next day to paint behind radiators before the plumbers hang them. A quick phone call to determine if they had them in stock, a very polite lady on the phone confirmed they were. Delivered next day as promised. Excellent price, excellent customer service. Will definitely use again!

Having ordered paint through this local company over the phone on a Tuesday. We were told to arrive on Thursday. Upon arrival we were told that "we" hadn't ordered any paint. We trying to explain our position the young male in the shop took a disgraceful attitude telling us he didnt care who we were we and that hadn't ordered the paint despite our phone call on Tuesday ordering exact quantities and colour. Never going to use this company again as my wife was left quite upset. Zero stars!!

Ordered paint because they did next day delivery and my scaffolding is due down in 2 days. Waited in all day for paint, by 4pm checked email only to find they had sent an email saying it’s out of stoc and on order. Phoned them up to cancel but upperty woman said it’s my fault for not checking my email. In this day and age I would expect to be informed at point of ordering if products are not in stock. The woman said I could of had my money back if I’d phoned the same day as I had ordered but unfortunately this was not possible so no cancellation and 30 quid out of pocket Very unhelpful. Beware! Will never use again!
