Ordered online for collection. I arrived at 09.10 after i received email that my order is ready. But ship was closed although the time indicates they should be open. I waited and called for 15 mins no one answered. I got a call back half an hour ago i was already left and i was asked to come again or pay delivery charges to get it delivered. Wouldn’t prefer this shop if you have another option like Tu or Tesco even Lidl provides.

Uniform quality is ok but service is extremely poor. I attempted to return an unused item which was the wrong size and I was told I could not do so. On 2 separate occasions, I visited the shop on a Sunday afternoon well before 4pm and it was closed. No one was available to answer the phone.

My sons school moved over to this company so I placed a order online. Items easy to find and all sizes available. Had to pay £7 for delivery which I thought was too much but I had no choice. Would prefer to have free delivery if you spend a certain amount. Order was delivered by hand in the evening a few weeks later. Clothes very really good quality and I will be buying my kids uniforms from here in the future for secondary school.

We choose to get our sons uniform from Watford School Uniforms over their competitors as we find the service a lot more personal and friendly and the prices are generally cheaper while the quality high. The store is spacious, always open and you don't need an appointment. A really nice, local, family run business
