    I promise I am not related to these boys, but a job so well done, deserves a bit of credit in my eyes. My car couldn't be fixed roadside by the RAC, so they subbed towing it to this outfit. Lee, called me 15 mins away, and on 15 mins I went outside to see wait, he'd already backed up through four very narrow posts at a 'funny angle' (to quote Snatch!) right up to the back of my car. He took my keys, and all he seemed to need to know, was how long the battery had been flat. Within seconds, he popped the bonnet, located the jump start terminals, (not on the battery in BMW's) started her up, and reversed her up the flatbed of his truck, without needing guidance. I appreciate it's his job, my car is very wide though, it was dark, the surface was slippy, but he was just so spot on, it was just cool to watch. We drove to the garage I was booked in to, he rolled her off the truck, fired her up again, cleared just enough ice from the windows, and drove my cart o a parking spot. There was I stressing how long it may take, as I needed to get home to sleep, I needen't have worried though. Again, I appreciate it was his job, but I felt I 'needed' to commend him, Lee, as he just did it so well, very efficientally, very professionally. Promise I'm not related, just a happy camper 🙏👊👊👊

    Subcontracted from AA, a mechanic got to me in 3 hours to tell me he can’t do anything which thanks I already knew. So instead he strands me out there in the middle of nowhere, doesn’t add any details to report of me needing a tow so nobody comes… I broke down at 7pm and have an expected pickup from the AA at 7:40am… the mechanic also set off my silent alarm in the van when fiddling so had to chat with police who turned up. How do you guys even get these contracts, you’re not worth the time!!!
