  New dealer principle now. Had a chat last week. Hopefully, they will now start working on older bikes as last dealer said they wouldnt / couldnt. I have given 5 stars in the hope that they will start that, as before, frankly , as an owner of a 04 bike, they were pretty useless to me unless i wanted an over priced tee shirt. Fingers crossed, and i hope ill be able to keep doing the 5 stars!!!

  During my visits to Harley Davidson Watford, I found the atmosphere to be enjoyable and the staff to be friendly. I was pleased with the test drive I arranged, which led me to order my bike online. Regrettably, when I collected the bike, I uncovered several broken parts that were not indicated on the website. Moreover, one side of the mirror was loose despite their checks upon releasing the bike, which forced me to adjust it continually while riding home. Additionally, I noticed that one of the tyres had a deep cut. I reported the issue on the same day, but unfortunately, I received no response for several days. When I followed up, I was told that because I had visited the store, they assumed I had inspected the bike and agreed to the damage. After a period of persistence, the store eventually agreed to replace the broken parts with used ones. However, there was a significant delay in receiving the parts, and my messages went unanswered. I was promised that the issue would be resolved, but two more weeks passed with no action taken. It was only after speaking with Jack, who was kind and professional in resolving the issue, that the used parts were finally delivered. In total, the process took over a month to complete. While I appreciated the assistance of Jack, I was disappointed with the overall service I received from Harley Davidson Watford. Despite the enjoyable atmosphere and friendly staff, my experience fell short of my expectations. The significant delay in resolving the issue and lack of communication left me hesitant to return to the store in the future.

  Super service, bike supplied properly prepared and full of fuel. Others often miss this curtesy, I have bought many bikes and give a couple litres of fuel to look around for some more very fast, not great. These boys look after their customers.

  My first HD experience and wasn't disappointed.The moment I set foot in the showroom I was greeted by several very pleasant salesmen.Cameron was the lad that dealt with me throughout my purchase he is such a knowledgeable guy and just so easy and accomadating an absolute pleasure.I wanted a few mods done to my bike and they were sorted for me fast and efficiently and I left with a ride that I can't get enough of just makes me smile when I ride.Thanks Cameron look forward to dealing with you again in the future with no hesitation.cheers

  Great service from all Team, especially Cam who finally managed to close the deal! Being new to HD, they all new I'd chosen the right bike for me from the start, but were thankfully patient enough to allow me to realise it as well. Generous test rides, knowledgable staff, and great finance offer. But most of all a lovely Sport Glide Whole process couldn't have been better. Thanks Pete
