Absolutely useless! I’m the only patient in the waiting room at the ophthalmology department. I’ve been here an hour and still haven’t been seen even though I have an appointment. There are “plenty” of staff walking around at a snail’s pace doing absolutely nothing!

Visited Watford General Hospital A&E this morning and was triaged and subsequently X-rayed and discharged very promptly, in and out in under 1:30 hours. All the staff I encountered were really kind and friendly, thank you NHS

I just wanted to leave a good review due to how lovely everyone has been. It’s never nice being in hospital and frustrating waiting and not get answers but it’s not so bad when the people are kind and accommodating. Dana in AEU has been extremely lovely.

I have been admitted to Watford hospital via NHS 999 as I was 37 weeks pregnant and had Covid positive. I had breathing difficulties. Since the day I admitted I have been treated by A&E unit, Maternity triage, Victoria ward and Delivery Unit. All the staff members including doctors, nurses, midwives were really kind and helpful for me to get passed through the difficult period. Thanks to their care I am much better now after 3 days and hopefully will be released today.
