Arrived before our appointment. Seen by Kate who checked my daughters eye sight in a very efficient and child friendly manner. Waiting room wasn’t very full. People sitting around the area keeping a distance. Some wearing masks. Was a bit of a wait to see the actual consultant. Very hard for a young child to sit for so long without getting agitated and bored. Dr Alex was very nice and spoke to my child in a very lovely manner. Explained everything very well. Very nice atmosphere inside. All Staff are rally friendly and talkative.
