Fast & efficient dealership & service center! Book everything online! I bought a used Audi from a local in England & simply googled the nearest Audi dealership and made my appointment online. On appointment day, I arrived & did the self check-in kiosks , which allows me to drop my key into a lock box. I checked in with the receptionist & was Informed about the free Wi-Fi , the lounge area , and the digital hot drinks machine + juices & milks in the fridge. The dealership has a clever wall of “certified used” listings to browse, right there in the Lounge area. the showroom is huge & pretty. And the staff are all upbeat & nice people.

If you're buying a car over £50k then only they show interest. Otherwise, treat you like a nobody. Waited over a week and no reply. I visited showroom and they just did not show interest. I ended up buying an Audi Q7 from an independent dealer who gave awesome service.

If I could give zero stars, I would. Over the last 8 months, I have had 3 of my cars serviced there. 2 resulted in my cars being recovered from motorways due to "mechanics" not putting the cooling system back together properly. Once from M1, and this year from abroad. The one from abroad resulted in me paying a lot of money to get it fixed again, not to mention tons of stress, and a wasted time. My last service, well, I have been given my car with a big nail in a side wall of the tyre, and told, here we go Sir, your car is outside. My cars are 2X RS6 and 2X RS5. You just could not make this up. Please ask me details, I'll happily reply and share my experience and an experience of my friend who's just had his SQ7 serviced there. AVOID! P.S. This dealership is 5 minutes walk from me, and I do like to give people second chances, and I would never write a bad review unless I had solid reason. In my opinion, it's just not worth going there. I'll try to find another. I have pictures to prove everything I have said above and records of attempted "services" to put it politely

Dear readers- do not use Watford Audi. EVER. As a resident of nearby Northwood- My wife booked in a service to replace a faulty windscreen demister in our Audi Q4 etron. Having provided clear details of the issue- I dropped the car off on Friday 28th April & got a call from “Jess” at the end of the day who advised that no fault could be found despite our explicit instructions & informed me that the service team had decided to run a 7 hour software update instead. This meant that my car stayed at Audi Watford for the bank holiday weekend and caused me significant inconvenience and disruption without an offer of a replacement or courtesy car. Jess advised that that our car “should be ready on Tuesday” but could not guarantee this. More importantly- Jess advised that they had still been unable to locate the fault. I was left utterly speechless. Does this level of service fall in line with the world class capability & aftercare that Audi claim to provide? On Tuesday 2nd May, I called Watford Audi again (knowing I would not get an update otherwise) and I was informed that the lead technician had finally discovered the fault(!) that I had specified in the service request but could not carry out the repair as they “had not been provided with repair guidance via Audi”. I was left stunned. Why would they need Audi to spoonfeed them with such a minor issue?! I called Watford Audi again at the end of the day on Wednesday 3rd May. No answer. I got a callback at 4.15pm to tell me that my car was ready and yet when I arrived, I waited 15 minutes before I had to ask for the whereabouts of my car. The staff told me that birds had excreted all over my car so that they needed extra time to clean my car. Why call me if my car wasn’t ready to collect? After speaking to an ex-employee of Watford Audi- they advised to call and “ask for head of business to complain if you’re not getting anywhere”. I won’t be doing that- I’ll be sending a formal letter of complaint directly to Andrew Doyle- CEO of Audi UK given my company’s wider relationship with the VW Group. As per the other reviews- I would steer clear of Audi Watford.

I was thoroughly impressed with my experience at Watford Audi! This was my first experience with Audi or owning an Audi, and the process was so smooth, reliable and straight forward. Richard at Audi Watford was very helpful, extremely knowledgable and patient throughout the whole process, explaining everything through from the detailed specs of the car and all the finance and order options, as well as the additional extras which I ended up purchasing. Richard made sure I understood everything, and also arranged a test drive in the exact car I wanted to test, and allowed a full test drive (not just up and down the road like I've had in the past!). Without his help and guidance, I might not have bought my car which is wonderful and I'm so happy I did! I love driving it, and very happy with the service I have received and the level of cover and service options and after care I have received. If you're thinking of buying a car, I would absolutely recommend paying Audi watford a visit - I would certainly go to this dealership again!
