Worst company....the contractor missed the repair appointment when I complained to Birmingham city council he said he already attended my flat and the repair was completed....my goodness...I couldn't believe it....I am still mad and I reported Birmingham City Council for not investigating the case properly to housing ombudsman and my MP and that was last year. To this day the case is still ongoing as birmingham city council have been asked for evidence and they haven't provided yet....

Very poor customer service and even poorer is the quality of work they carry out. They sign of jobs as completed when no one has even come to the customers house to carry it out. Their employees complain that wates only give them max 2hrs to carry out each job no matter how big it is. The contractors end up rushing to complete within timescale oh 2hrs and do very poor quality and sometimes hazardous work. Wouldn't recommend this company to no one

Very bad customer service. They tell their contractors and employees to prioritise quantity over quality. The contractors are pressured into doing cowboy jobs due to this policy to make the most money from the council as possible. They turn up on the wrong day and sign off jobs as completed without even coming out to the customer. Very unprofessional and unreliable company. The jobs they do manage to carry out, break down within days of completing. I will be making a serious complaint to the council regarding the companies they hire to do their jobs.
