Great company! I turned up early this morning because my belt snapped. I had a guy who could fix it for me right away, had to wait half an hour then was back to work. Can’t thank them enough for there help today. They also fitted a new fuse and gave me a few free ones to replace with!

I have been very happy with the power up 3d auto reel and the after sales service. I have not given 5 stars for two reasons. When I bought and installed it a year ago, even though its been out some time, the motor was too fast and needed replacing. Also the belt snapped after a year. Again, great support, new one sent straight away. The video on you tube is not great. Printed instructions would be helpful. Be aware the models differ.On my 2021 reel you are told to remove a clip ,You can't and you don't need to, just pull off the click valve and the plastic side will come off. A few niggles but a good product and a good service.

If I could offer 0 stars I would do that. I have not seen such poor customer service in a long time especially since the items are not cheap!!! Order electric reel on eBay just to have my order cancelled without explanation. So the order of their agent just after a week of waiting to get a refund as their ignorance is massive and communication skill does not exist. The agent could not tell me was my order shipped or not. Save your nerves and money and avoid that company. Order different motor reels from other company with class customer service who value customers spending money.

I had some issues with my power up 3D, one of the first ones that were released. The belt kept coming off, needed replacing among other things. I was going to do it myself, as I’d taken the reel apart twice already, and phoned up for the belt width. Talking with Sam, he recognised the problems I was having, and offered to upgrade my reel - even with a couple of things that hadn’t gone wrong yet. I have just come back from having the upgrade (took about 1 1/2 hours) and I cannot praise the service enough. The moral of my story is, don’t struggle with issues, phone up and talk to the people who designed and built it, they are a great business, and this is how your kept your customers both satisfied, and loyal. Thank you.
