I have recently sold and purchased through Watersons and the service provided was beyond my highest expectations. I mainly communicated with Sophie and Helen, but I must say everyone within the office are very helpful. What really stood out for me is the promptness to requests, politeness and wealth of knowledge. It is clear that Watersons have a very experienced team and are well established in the area having great recommendations for supporting services (conveyancing and removals). I must also say that during viewings at my property, Kath took the time to take in all aspects of the property to convey onto potential buyers and was very polite and courteous. The result was a straightforward and very quick sale above asking and a very smooth purchase. I could not have asked for a better service and would not hesitate to recommend Watersons to family or friends.

I've sold 3 houses with Watersons over the years, and highly recommend them. Their customer service, communication with buyers and sellers and the marketing is second to non in the area. They are on the ball, without being pushy! I think the big difference is that they only operate in the Sale and Altrincham area and aren't a branch of a Franchise or Multi National Agency. The team at Sale were brilliant, especially Helen and Sophie.
