Dealing with them it is just dreadful. Calling being 2nd in the queue and waited 25minuts for someone to answer the phone and that happens each time, sometimes I don't even trying to call, because it is just depressing... it is unbelievable. Finally after all you only met with rudeness. I don't understand how people like that, that suppose to be helpful and compassionate can work at doctors surgery. Doctors are lovely but receptionists awful. Sometimes coming and there is a different one and hoping maybe this one will be nice but they are all the same.

Need to act like a doctors surgery, not a hair salon. An appointment in 3 weeks time is far from acceptable. Reception staff need a course on general politeness, a little empathy wouldn't go amiss in their job placement either.

I wish I have checked GPs before I moved. I'm use to a excellent GP. I have been in pain all day from 5am. I can't drive as I might fall asleep. What does it take to get a appointment. 64% are 1star. If it was a business it would be closed. A year later it has not improved. Had a go a me as I get confused over my drugs online. First time I have done it. I have stopped taking my antidepressant after 54years. The last time I had any tablets was 8th June 2020. 11months and they haven't noticed. Just for the record I had ECTs when I was 15 years.
