Dads funeral was the celebration we hoped it would be thanks to Waters and Sons. The team are just incredible. Alison worked hard behind the scenes making sure everything was in place and she put up with my endless questions. She was so kind and caring. David was the friendly face that greeted us every time we visited. We even shared a giggle when I picked up Dads ashes. Simon seemed somehow to know exactly what we wanted when we first met. He matched us with a celebrant called Liza Barber who captured Dad beautifully. Simon understood humour. He was happy to consider our suggestions and make his own. One the day of the funeral he and Liza had an air about them that just held everything together and we are so grateful.

We have been lucky enough that we've never had to plan a funeral before, until recently, and we didnt know where to start. I googled Funeral Directors in our area, came across a few, but Waters & Sons were the ones that stood out the most with their slogan "our family caring for your family" i knew it had to be them. When my Dad got off the phone after the first phonecall to Rebacca he said he completely felt at ease and the best he had felt in a few days since our sad news, as he knew everything would be taken care of, and it certainly did. David and his team have been nothing short of amazing. The love and attention to detail, compassion, advice, and every effort to make the final day as special as possible, is absolutely second to none! David opened up for us to say goodbye to our loved one on a weekend which we appreciate everday day and are grateful we got to say goodbye and see just how well our Husband/Dad/Grandad had been cared for in the caring hands of Waters & Sons, he looked so peaceful. Our chosen Celerant was Liza, and she gave the perfect eulogy and service, with beautiful words that really bought out my Grandads character. As a family we simply cannot find the words to thankyou enough for everything you have done for us. I truly feel David, Rebecca and the rest of the team were born to do what they do! I would recommend Waters & Sons to anyone who has lost a loved on, and if this situation arises in the future, we wouldnt go with anyone else. From the bottom of our hearts, thankyou!

My family recently lost our grandad/dad and whilst searching for a local funeral directors we came across Waters and sons and the reviews were really good, I can honestly tell you that they live up to their reviews and beyond! Right from the very first phone call until the end. The whole team were outstanding in making sure our every need was tailored for down to the last detail and the support was more than excellent!
