Bought a Jim preamp ,it was not working so emailed them they said send it back and we will test a new one and send it to me , the apparently new came with exactly the same problem ,surly all of there stock does not have the same problem or as far as I am concerned they sent the original one back to me very poor service and they say 100% satisfaction 👎👎
