Really upset at the service the company provided. I paid them over a half ago for a service and coin mech replacements that is partly and badly done. The company is being run by husband and wife that are both overly rude and will not let you make your complaints across to them, they threatened to hang the phone on you at the slightest. The wife claimed she can not take instruction from Chris (her husband) and chris when called will send you back to the wife that said she cant take instructions from him. I am really upset because all my machines are badly fixed and they won't do anything to resolve the matter. I requested for my money back and chris told me I will only have half of the money paid so I have to bear the consequences for their bad practice and run down business. I will sure be suing the company for loss of income. Please avoid this company by all means. They lack anything close to a good customer service.
