I had to deal with two rude and obnoxious GPs. The practice make it very difficult to have a face to face appointment. Their email practice doesn't appear on line or the name of the practice manager if you want to write and so far they have ignored my concern. Practice need to be patient focus.

Lovely GP, Dr. Katie is the best! Sometimes doctors can be a pain but receptionist always great and listen. I would like to say Kimmy is exceptional, so upset to hear she has left she always answers the phone in a lovely manner and always willing to help. Can’t believe the poor reviews, I always have had a great experience here and I hope they stay open

Steer away from this gp, they caused me hearing loss due to prescribing me the wrong medication due to them misdiagnosing..now I've got permanent hearing loss..receptionists there have got mental health issues and are very stressed it seems..moreover when I explained what my issue was when trying to get checked out..the doctor said I was wrong and that I didn't have that issue..only to find out I was right and having to wait extra time because of a doctors ego only to resolve my problem..she didn't want to be wrong even though she knew she was..please steer away I wouldn't be surprised if this practice was responsible for a number of death's..moreover I got told to come to an appointment and when I came they said it was 'an over the phone appointment' basically telling me to get out even though their receptionist made a mistake..also if you have a appointment with miss Lowe.. please cancel it and ask to see another doctor..she's not well in the head but at the same time the whole practice is unstable so I'd advise not coming here unless you want damage to your health done

From the other reviews, it seems that it's a hit or miss experience here, but I've only had positive experiences with this place every time I need to visit the practice. Efficient, kind receptionists. Able to book appointments on the day itself. Doctors who listen to your symptoms and provide good recommendations rather than just medication. More importantly, the practice is facing issues with the lease and finding a suitable relocation. Please write to the Waterloo/Lambeth councillors if you're able!

I've been with this practice for a few years now, and my two children are registered there as well. If I need an appointment I can get one on the same day. They will do a phone consultation first if needed, then an in-person appointment if warranted. I've had no problems getting a nurse appointment, e.g. for a cervical test. I think the practice's triage system works really well. I've only had positive experiences with the staff at all levels. Thanks Waterloo Health Centre!

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME. just got to A&E or Google your symptoms... You'll wait hours for them to ring you back...then they just send you to A&E after a 2 min phone call. Don't even treat patients like humans ... Just numbers. TERRIBLE SURGERY.

Want to say thank you to the receptionist lady today, I called because very suddenly I developed severe pain all over my body and although she said there were no time slots available for today, she still managed to get the doctor call me within few minutes and doctor agreed to see me in less than an hour from the time we spoke. Very compassionate and efficient! The doctor, I saw her at 11:20am, she was lovely. Very caring, did some tests, asked me questions and took her time to see what can be done about my sudden illness. I've been registered with this health centre for quite few years now, it has not always been perfect, but all in all I do think staff in here are doing well and I was always seen quickly, and the doctors, nurses and receptionists are kind, understanding and professional. Thank you!
