I don’t like leaving poor reviews, and especially not when a company is struggling, but I think some transparency is required. This “salon” is currently not operating out of Rock Chic, and is instead a small room in a shared space building - they do not have full salon/spa equipment, and couldn’t fulfil the treatment that was booked. Apparently their lease ended in the Rock Chic salon, and this is a temporary measure, but until they move into a new Salon I do not think it is fair for them to continue using old photos on here/treatwell. I would recommend finding somewhere else until they can find a new salon.

Sadly this is the worst eyebrow waxing I’ve ever had. I only needed a tidy up, but was left with a very different eyebrow shape with the end of the eyebrows completely thinned out. I also had to ask the lady three times to remove hairs she hadn’t spotted to be removed below my eyebrow. Disappointing experience considering the reviews are generally good here, but for once I am left hoping my eyebrows will grow back bushy quickly!

Bad coordination with the platform they use. Tried to book for Monday and as a result of bank holiday, the Treatwell app changed the booking for Tuesday. I called the salon straight away to reschedule as I couldn’t attend on Tuesday (left a voicemail). Nobody got back to me and I was told that I would have to pay again for the procedure :( Services: Waxing, Body waxing
